Terms of Service

By creating an account or placing an order on ViralHub ("the Service"), you accept these Terms of Service in full. We may modify these terms without prior notice; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.

1. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for keeping your password and API key confidential. Compromised credentials are not grounds for refund.
Accounts that show no order activity or deposit for more than 90 days may be closed without notice; remaining balance is forfeited.
One person, one account. Multi-account abuse for bonus stacking results in immediate suspension.

2. Service Delivery

Delivery times shown on each service are best-effort estimates, not guarantees.
Once an order has started, it cannot be cancelled. The "Cancel" function only works on orders still in Pending status.
The link or target attached to an order cannot be changed after submission. If you submit the wrong link, your order is forfeit.
Do not place two orders on the same link with overlapping services — this confuses the delivery system and we cannot resolve it.
For services marked Refill, you may request a refill within the stated refill window if drop occurs. Refill is a best-effort top-up, not a delivery guarantee.

3. Payments, Rates & Refunds

All prices are quoted in USD per 1,000 units unless stated otherwise.
Rates may change at any time without prior notice. Existing orders are honoured at the rate locked at order placement.
All sales are final. Once funds are deposited to your account balance, they cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
Once an order has been placed and the system has begun processing, the amount cannot be refunded.
Chargebacks initiated against ViralHub will result in permanent account closure and balance forfeit.

4. Acceptable Use

You will only use ViralHub to promote accounts, channels, and content you own or are explicitly authorised to promote.
You will not use the Service to violate the Terms of Service of Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, Threads, or any other platform.
You will not use the Service to amplify content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the target platform's home jurisdiction (CSAM, terrorist propaganda, fraud, doxxing, deepfake non-consensual content, etc.).
You will not target third-party accounts without authorisation (no harassment, no manufactured engagement on competitors' content for the purpose of harming them).

5. API Use

The prosmm-compatible JSON API at POST /api/v2 is provided as-is. Rate limits apply per tier; abuse triggers throttling or key rotation.
You are solely responsible for any panel or product you build on top of our API. ViralHub is not a party to your relationship with your downstream customers.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

ViralHub is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, suspension, deletion, or other action taken by Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, Threads, or any other platform against your accounts or content, whether or not such action is alleged to be related to use of our Service. Our maximum aggregate liability under any claim is limited to the lesser of (a) the total fees you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

7. Support & Disputes

All support requests must be submitted via the Tickets system inside your dashboard. Direct messages to staff on third-party platforms are not monitored and will not be acted upon. Disputes are resolved exclusively via tickets. We aim to respond within 24 hours; complex investigations may take longer.

8. Changes & Contact

We may amend these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
